Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the courier service selected at checkout.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with UK law.
If you have been declined following clinical assessment, a full refund will be issued for the medication cost. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the assessment has been completed. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
